I think that every person should give a neglected and forgotten coffin a loving place in their home.Aw just wait a minute, before you all start yelling and making childish comments about my medication, think on this. After years of seeing your adopted coffin, the sinister and unfortunately unpleasant connotations would cease to bother the family. They would polish and dust their new acquisition with pride, and view it affectionately as a convenient coffee table, or somewhere to lay out {pun intended} a selection of magazines/books. Having the coffin around on a daily basis would also relieve the bereaved from the pain of having to trawl round funeral homes, choosing a coffin from a vast and confusing selection....I can only hope that in years to come the human race comes to recognise the practicality of this idea and that they welcome these much maligned coffins into a new and appreciatve home
actually i understand where you're coming from. it would sure put a lot of pressure off people and it would be something to be proud off i think!
i must say though the only disadvantage i can think of is if someone had already died in it and you were keeping the coufin anyway wouldn't it bring back sad memories?
Ehm you are not be allowed to keep the coffin it is used only to either bury or cremate the deceased, I have never heard of a funeral director asking the family would you like to keep the box...
lol! nor have i but i guess that's becaus i havn't been to many funerals
its standard practice but think of all those neglected beautiful coffins badly needing a loving caring home..
sounds diffrent and loving
thats what I'm hoping for
thats what I'm hoping for
*looks confused*
Lol My Gothic succubus was screaming to get out and when it gets to the screeching stage, and I'm banging my head off the wall, there's nothing I can do but release the little fecker and let him run wild.
